B2B specific terms & conditions are an integral part of our general conditions, for more details

Currency rate:

  • All amounts mentioned on the Worldwide Travel website and in the programs are expressed in USD.

Confirmation

  • After receiving your reservation by e-mail, we will send you a confirmation with all the services requested. If a service cannot be confirmed, we will send you a replacement option of your choice after booking confirmation.

Payment

  • The invoice will be issued subsequently to the confirmation of booking and participants’ details.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, Bank transfer. Account details will be given on the invoice. Note that the bank transfer fees are fully covered by the client agency.
  • Full prepayment by bank transfer is required at least 45 days before commencement of services, with all bank transfers charges/fees to be paid by clients. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation(s).

Child policy:

Up to 24 months old, sharing twin room with 2 adults:

  • Free of charge, sharing bed with adults
  • Crib on request, rates to be determined on a case-by-case basis
  • Extra bed rates on request

02-10 years, sharing twin room with 2 adults:

  • 25% discount with extra bed and breakfast
  • 50% discount without extra bed and without breakfast

NOTE: Maximum 04 children are allowed at reduced rates, per party.

Cancellation policy:

  • A reservation with an accommodation or service provider via this gateway confirms that you agree and accept the conditions related to cancellations or no-shows. The relevant service provider is therefore authorized to charge the applicable
  • Cancellation and no-show fees at your expense. These conditions may differ from service provider or accommodation which you will be informed about
  • The general cancellation and no-show policy of each service and accommodation provider are made available on our website upon making the reservation. During the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email, these will be again highlighted to you. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or changes.
  • In the event of passing on incorrect / invalid credit card details, absence / incorrect provision of required bank information or other incidents to us that allow us not to process the reservation, you as the customer are not entitled to any refund or compensation unless we, as Worldwide Travel Sole Co., Ltd., agree otherwise.
  • We highly recommend reading the cancellation conditions carefully before finalizing your reservation.

Amendments and Refunds 

  • We reserve the right to charge change fees in accordance with the agreements between us and the hosting and/or service provider. We will inform you in advance of the amount of such charges, if any.
  • All confirmed refunds from our side, in the event of cancellations or amendments, will be credited to your credit card within 30 business days. Once the refund instructions leave our office, it can take anywhere from 10-20 working days in addition for the proceeds to arrive in your account. These policies are set according to each credit card / bank’s own policies. Rest assure that we will do all possible to speed up the procedures when refund matters are accepted.
  • Any cancellation or amendment request or not having received our cancellation, kindly contact us. We confirm that we take all matters pertaining to cancellations and amendments seriously.

Complaints and Irregularities 

  • Worldwide travel sole Co.,LTD. considers complaints as valuable feedback to improve service delivery levels. We request that service delivery failures or customer concerns, be reported during the customer’s stay, to one of our representatives. It is the aim of the company to solve any irregularity on the spot.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse to take action on perceived irregularities submitted to the company 14 days after the customer returns back home.
